Lawrence Jones joined incident.io as the first hire six months ago, where he is helping build the engineering team.
Before this, he worked at a payments company called GoCardless as a Principal SRE. During this time he helped evolve the SRE team from a service-desk workflow to a product-focused platform engineering team, helping design and rollout a self-service infrastructure platform for the rest of engineering.
